10 day summer challenge - Day 9

10 day summer challenge is slowly coming to an end. For day 9 the task was Inspired by summer night out! Here is my interpretation! I knew that at least one color must be pink because for me pink is ultimate summer color. First I painted my nails with Manhattan Glow It Up! and without plan I started to build my mani. I used sponge to apply Uma Psychic Pink and Essence Stamp Me! Silver, to finish the design I applied Essence Glitterastic on the tips and applied top coat to set everything together. 

I like how it turn out, especially the combo of silver and Psychic Pink. The reason why I added Psychic Pink is because with only silver it look more like a holiday mani and I needed it to be more summery.

I used Manhattan Glow It Up!, Uma Psychic Pink, Essence Stamp Me! Silver and Essence Glitterastic. Here is Manhattan Glow It Up! alone on natural light:

10 day summer challenge - Day 8

We are already at Day 8 of 10 day summer challenge, only two to go! Today's task was summer jewerly / accessories. I found my inspiration in my go to stud earrings. I have white, pink and green but since I wear the white ones the most I decided to draw them on my nails. 

As base color I used Manhattan Nectarine Power, Essence Stamp Me! Silver and Essence Ahoy

For this mani I used Manhattan Nectarine Power for the first time. This is such a beautiful color, I had in on my nails alone for a day because I didn't want to add anything on it. The color is peach with  loads of golden glitter. Beauty!

My nail polish stash: purple

Avon Color Trend Heavenly - One of the nail polishes that I have the longest. The color is nice and soft, purple base with loads of purple and silver shimmer.

No name nail polish - I have this one for a very long time too. This is another light purple but this one has duochrome effect, it goes from purple to blue.

Avon Magical Mauve - light, shiny purple. I can't remember the last time I wore it...

Essence Bloom-A-Loom from Blossoms Etc. TE. One of my favorite nail polishes. Pastel purple with multi coloured shimmer.

S-he number 375 - I love this color, it is a pastel purple with loads of pink shimmer. Unfortunately it is very sheer so I don't wear it very much.

Essence Meet Me Now! - Very beautiful nail polish, I used it a lot lately. The color is creamy violet, I like to wear it alone but it is also great for nail art.

MUA Love U 24/7 - This is one of the products that I got as a gift with my MUA order. At first I thought that this is great because I don't have a color like this. If you look at the picture above you can see that that isn't true. I quickly remembered that I have almost 100% dupe in Catrice Lucky In Lilac

Catrice Lucky In Lilac - So, this is almost exactly the same thing like MUA Love U 24/7. Both are cream classic purples.

p2 Poetic - This one is little bit darker then previous two. They look really close when you look at the bottles but on the nails, Poetic is darker and colder color.

Essence Oh My Glitter! - This is one of my favorites purples. The color is definitely in the same category like MUA, Catrice and p2 but what makes it special is the pink and blue glitter.

Bourjois number 17 - this is one of those colors that is hard to put it the color category. To me it is closest to purple. Very pretty color, perfect for fall and winter!

Manhattan 65K - This colors is something in between of purple and magenta. Either way very pretty, great for cold days.

Julep Helena - this would be my favorite from all the polishes I'm showing you today. This purplicious magenta is really stunning and eye catching. Love it! Unfortunately this beauty is very difficult to photograph, to see the real color click.

Rimmel Purple Pulse - This is one of the polishes I got in a swap. Very pretty color, a bit sheer but looks great with three coats.

Essence Little Miss Bright - from Season Of Extremes TE. This color is really close to Rimmel Purple Pulse but only tiny bit darker, when you look at the bottles they look exactly the same. This one is also little bit sheer so you need three coats to get full opacity. 

Essence Dress To Party - This is one of few Essence Multi Dimension polishes that I still have. This color is very similar to the previous two but a little bit darker and this one is shimmery. Nice color but I never really liked it that much...

Rimmel Pompous - This nail polish is very popular, most girls like it but I'm not too crazy about it. I bought it long time ago because it looks gorgeous in the bottle but on the nails it is little bit different and I don't like it. It is that purple blue color...I can't remember last time I had it on my nails but now that I look at the bottle it looks so pretty and I think I will give it another try!

Essence Lil@c - from @holografics.com - this nail polish isn't actually holo it is duochrome, goes from purple to blue and grey. Very interesting color!

Manhattan 610W - Dark purple with loads of silver shimmer. Pretty!

Deborah Milano no. 839 - In the bottle it looks amazing, dark purple with loads of purple flakies...on the nails it isn't pretty at all. It's not shinny at all and it feels like you have something different on your nails.

Essence Alice Had A Vision - Again -from Breaking Down part 2 collection. Alice is a purple beauty with lots and lots of purple, blue and green flakies.

Essence Thelma - This is the darkest purple I own, very nice cream.

Essence True Love - from Vampire's Love TE. Another one that looks gorgeous in the bottle but a bit boring on the nails. Still it is beautiful color.

Color Club Glitter Wonderland - I bought this one recently and I'm in love with this color. Purple base with purple, pink, blue...glitter. Hopefully I will post my swatch of this and next color soon.

Color Club Gift Of Sparkle - I love this one as much as I love Glitter Wonderland. Beautiful purple with loads of holografic glitter. Perfect holiday and winter nail polish.

Misslyn Dragonfly - this nail polish is actually a top coat. It came out in Limited Edition Peacock and you are supposed to apply it over black. I tried that and hated it, I didn't tried it after that. It has duochrome effect.

Essence Love, Peace And Purple - from You Rock! TE - Dark, muddy purple with loads of purple shimmer. This polish was also very popular because this seams to be a dupe for Chanel Paradoxal. 

Catrice Purplelized - Metallic shimmery purple. Very nice!

Catrice Dirty Berry - This one is also one of my favorite purple nail polishes. It is very interesting...the color is dusty purple with holografic shimmer. It looks gorgeous in the sun!

December 2012 favorites

Balea shower gel and body lotion chocolate and fig fruit - I am in love with these two products. I love the smell so, so much. At first it was little bit too strong but now I'm completely obsessed with it. 

Essence 24 hand protection balm Caramel Hot Chocolate - One more chocolate scent, I love this one a lot. During winter hand balms / creams are a must for me and this one is really good.

Catrice The Paris Collection eyeshadow palette - I got this palette as a gift and even though I immediately loved it very much I thought that it will be left aside...but this was a palette that I used almost every day since I got it. Perfect palette for everyday makeup look!

p2 Appeltini lip balm - Great product, I love everything about this cute little thing!

Essie nail polishes - I tried Essie nail polishes for the first time this month. For now I have two and I like both very much. They are not just pretty colors, they last up to four days on my nails which is a miracle in my case.

p2 Sheer Glam lipstick Fame! - Beautiful lipstick, very soon I will post swatches and short review. 

Manhattan soft mat lose powder Natural - Great product, something I would recommend to anyone!

Swap + new in

Recently I did a swap with Shayna from The Polish Jinx. Shayna wanted some Catrice nail polishes and I will try Julep nail polishes for the first time. I have Samantha, Helena and Blake. I like them a lot and I can't wait to try them. For now I only tried Samantha but Helena and Blake will be on my nails very soon :)

Almost  two months ago I decided that I will not buy nail polishes for a month. I was successful at my intent and  even when one month gone by I was holding on good. On the picture above you can see 3 nail polishes that I bought. Manhattan Lotus Effect Nail Polish - 65K ( I will probably post swatches soon because pictures are ready ), Essence Studio Nails 24/7 Nail Base, Essence Nail Art - More Then A Silver.

Manhattan Color Loop Lip Gloss Wildberry

When I first saw Manhattan Color Loop Lipgloss line I knew that one of those cute lip glosses will be mine! I love the way this lip gloss looks, it reminds me of candy and I just love to look at it :) When you apply it on your lips three colors inside mix and  you get pretty natural pink color. This product doesn't give your lips a lot of color but it gives beautiful shine. The lip gloss is creamy and when you apply it on your lips it is not sticky, of course it smells really nice. Wildberry is prefect for everyday use, you can wear it alone but also it is looks great on top of other lip products! I have Wildberry for few months and I use it almost every day, it works with so many looks.

New Years Eve manicure

When I was about to do my nails for New Years Eve I knew that there has to be glitter. At first I thought that I will go with black and pink combination but then I changed my mind and decided to go with gold and black instead. This mani matched my dress perfectly.

Here are products I used: Manhattan Pro Shine Base Coat, Essence Make It Golden, Catrice Back To Black, Essence Don't Feed The Tiger, Essence Better Then A Gel Nails Top Sealer + golden glitter and sponge

First I applied base coat and Essence Make It Golden. After that I used sponge and applied Essence Don't Feed The Tiger (just golden nail polish) on 3/4 of my nail, then I added black nail polish on tips of my nails. I applied it with sponge. In the end I added golden glitter, I placed it between gold and black.

November and December favorites!

My favorite products for November and December:

Balea Body Cream - usually I prefer body lotions but time to time I like to use body cream and this one from Balea is amazing!

Balea Young shower gel - I love all the products from Balea Young shower gel line, they smell so good and all of them have cute packing...enough to be among my favorite products :)

Dove Original Anti-Perspirant Deodorant - my all time favorite deodorant, I've tried many different deodorants but this is the one I always come back to!

Intimately Yours Beckham - fragrance I've been using the most past two months, I loveee it!

Avon Neutral Tones palette- I have this palette for a long time but it wasn't among product I like to use...sometimes I even forget that I have it, but I decided to use it more often and now I really like it...I will post more pictures and swatches soon.

E.l.f. Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder - great product!

China Glaze Twinkle lights and Lorelei's Tiara - beautiful holiday/winter nail polishes!

Snowman nail art!

The snow outside is slowly melting and there is no way that you could make snowman right now, but there is no reason why not to try make a snowman on my nails. This is my first attempt and it came out very well, much better then I expected. I had a nail polish remover ready to use after I try to draw a snowman, luckily there was no need for that!

Manhattan high shine lip gloss 45B and 52W

Manhattan lip gloss 45B and 52W are waiting for this post since summer, somehow I always forgot that I have the pictures and everything and now it is time to finally write little something about two beautiful lip gloss. As I mentioned I have them both since summer and I've been using them a lot since I first bought them. They come in plastic transparent tube which contains 6 ml of product, they are easy to apply, shiny and they are not sticky.

Here is 45B on my lips. The color is very pretty,  great for day and night. It looks great when you layer it with other products too.

52W is perfect day lip gloss, I would say the color is neutral pink.
