You can never get enough of good makeup brushes. Once when you start to buy them you only realize that you need few more. Well, I've been pretty active in that department lately. I had my eye on ebay makeup brushes for a while, they were on my wish list and in my bookmarks. When I finally decided it is time to get them I just went for it. I decided it is best to buy all sets I lasting for and get over with it...because if I didn't I know I would be sorry. So I have 3 new sets that contain 20 brushes total. Wuhuuu!
Ebay brushes are very popular lately. It is no wonder because they are good quality and low price. I will share links where I bought mine but you can easily find the same or just little bit different sets if you write "makeup brushes" in search browser on Ebay. The sets and prices vary but they are very similar and of course you can find different sets then the ones that I have. Sets like these are very easy to find unlike few years back when you could hardly find a decent brush at low price. The sets that I'm talking about are "no name", they are made in China and usually imitation of popular brands ( Sigma, Real Techniques... ).
Each set came well packed but two of my brushes ( from two different sets ) were damaged. One from Set 2 was saved with glue immediately but the other one from Set 1 isn't good for use. It is a shame but like I said with the price under 10 $ for 10 brushes I'm not going to complain to much about it. In same time I think it is good that I tell you about it :) These brushes have strong and unpleasant smell when you open them but it goes away after one wash. It is also good to know that there were no major fall out of hair, with some brushes there were no fall out and with some maybe one or two hair fall out. The hair is by the way synthetic.
Now lets look at the sets closely.
This set contains 10 brushes for your face and your eyes. One look is enough to see that these brushes are pretty good. They are dense and soft. You can apply everything with them. Eyeshadow, blush, bronzer, liquid foundation, concealer...You are pretty much covered :) This was first set I ordered and if I stopped here I would have all the brushes I need ( but like I said in the beginning... you can't never have enough of makeup brushes ).
Set 2 contains 5 face brushes. I use two brushes in this set to apply foundation ( flat kabuki brushes ) and other two brushes are best for blush and contour. Also, here is stipple brush which I like to use for cream blush and sometimes for liquid foundation. It wasn't that I really NEED this set in my collection but girl always needs extra clean foundation brush :) If you need face brushes you should definitely consider this set. They do the work really good and the price is great.
After first two sets I came along on this one when I was going trough different sets on Ebay. It was really cheap so I just said to myself Why not? So, Set 3 contains 5 brushes and I ordered this one mostly because of blending brushes and I'm really happy with it because I use all 5 brushes and they are great!
Overall, I would definitely recommend any of these sets. They are really good brushes especially when you look at the price. I'm so glad I finally bought them!
