Braids are huge summer trend. I really love them and every time I don't know what to do with my hair I just make a braid and my hair looks interesting. The best thing about braids is that you can have cute hairstyle in few minutes but you can also do so many different hairstyles with them. They can be casual if you want and they can be elegant as well...here are some ideas!

The Vampire diaries Season 3 first promo

First Vampire diaries promo came out few days ago. I'm so happy to see it. We can't see much in the promo, but it is at least something. There is little bit from season 3 and little something from season 2...but it is awesome to see some new Vampire diaries scenes  :)

Anyway, Vampire diaries are coming back September 15...I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Nails with black and white dots

What I used:
Bourjois 10 days no chips Number 11, Essence White hype, Avon Warm black, Manhattan Cosmetics top coat and Essence nail dotting tool

What I did:

This is one of the easiest nail art designs you can do. It looks very cute and fun and everyone will notice it. First I applied Bourjois nail polish Number 11 all over my nails, I waited for it to dry and just randomly added black and white dots. I started with white and after I placed the dots where I wanted I continued with black dots. Top coat in the end...and that's it.

Katy Perry Smurfs dress and nails

Yesterday in New York was World Premiere of The Smurfs. Katy Perry lends her voice to Smurfette, so when New York Premiere came she really got herself into the role. Katy was wearing The Blonds corset with picture of Smurfette and mini skirt. Looks like the white dress that Smurfette is always wearing. I love this look on Katy, she can always pull of something like this. Of course Smurfs were on her nails as well.

Essence mini lip gloss set - Devil's love and kisses

One of Essence products that came into stores in March was mini lip gloss set. This is one of those products that I don't need but I have to have it. Mostly because of such cute packing. I was never into mini lip glosses because I think that they are unnecessary, because they are too small I would rather have normal size then small, lip glosses are easy to lose and when they are this small it's even easier.To me normal size is more practical. But, when I saw this beautiful box and three pretty colors inside I wanted to try it. Devil's love and kisses is my first mini lip gloss set ( or mini lip gloss in general ). Inside the box you get three colors, they are soft and they give your lips little bit of color and shine.  Each mini lip gloss has 3 ml. After trying this product I think I will stay loyal to normal size lip gloss because of all the things I mention before, but if you like mini products you will love this one.

R.I.P. Amy Winehouse

27 year old Amy Winehouse is found dead in her London home earlier today. Cause of death is still unconfirmed but there are rumors that the death of Amy Winehouse was result of drug overdose. I can't believe, this is so sad. 

Even though she died too young she will live forever through her beautiful music.

Katy Perry goes blonde

Katy Perry dyed her hair blonde. Few weeks ago she changed her black hair color to red, which she now changed into blonde. Many people don't know but Katy is natural blonde so this hair color is bringing her back to her roots. It is little bit strange to see Katy blonde but it looks really good, and it is nice change from the dark hair. I wonder is she going to stop here or she is slowly going for platinum blonde. I can imagine her as platinum blonde and I think it would look great on her.

On the set of Gossip girl Season 5

Most of the TV shows that we will have a chance to see in  September is back on the set. Gossip girl is one of them. With regular cast members there are also some new but very familiar faces. It is always great to see some pictures of Gossip girl cast, so here they are :)

Deborah Pret a Porter - Ballerina tutu

My second Deborah Milano nail polish from collection Pret a Porter is Ballerina tutu. This is beautiful pink/ purple pastel shade. Looks really pretty on your nails, just apply two coats of nail polish. I love this Deborah collection, it has some really beautiful colors. My favorite is still Love at the first sight. 

Preview: Essence TE I love

For August and September 2011 Essence has new Trend Edition called I love. Very interesting part is that these product from September 2011 will be part of standard product range of Essence. There will be eyeshadows, eye pencils, eyeliner, liquid eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow base, lip glosses and color and go nail polishes, quattro eyeshadow and cosmetic bag.
