1st blogaversery

When I was away for vacation, precisely on August 4th it was my first blogaversery!! I can't believe that it has been more then a year since I started this blog. I want to thank everyone who visited this blog and of course to my followers! I have 28 followers, is not much but I am thankful for every single one of you :) Since I started the blog hit counter is telling that FairyAna blog has 19 327 hits. My most popular post is Katy Perry nails + OPI collection. Beside Katy Perry popular searches are Essence, Jessica Alba streetstyle, TV shows... First few months of my blog were very slow. I would post five posts in a day and then nothing for a week, things started to change somewhere around Christmas with Transformation of Taylor Momsen post. Since that I am trying to post as much as I can and number of visitors to my blog has increased.

Palm tree nails

Before I went on a vacation I wanted to make something summery on my nails. I decided to try to make palm tree design.This is my first time and in the end it turned out great and it was so easy to make it.

What I used:
Essence My yellow fellow, Avon Coral Reef, Essence Glitter nail hardener and Golden Rose No.106 + sponge

What I did:

First I applied 2 coats of yellow nail polish all over my nails. After it dried I applied coral polish with sponge somewhere around the half of each nail. Every nail is little bit different because there is no sharp line where the coral color should end. Then I used thin brush and draw palm trees. First you draw one curve line, then to make branches make smaller curve lines. I made four lines on one side and four lines on the other side...and that's it. To find more details about palm tree designs you can look at some You Tube videos. In the end I applied glitter top coat.

Swatch: Essence TE 50's Girls Reloaded

Hello girls I am back from my vacation, I had great time and I can't believe it is over. I'm back now and first I want to show you my Essence goodies. I bought them before my trip and they served me well when I was on vacation. As you probably already know this is Essence Trend Edition 50's Girls Reloaded. Another amazing collection from Essence.

Duo eyeshadow: Come on board Captain!

Duo eyeshadow called Come on board captain! has two beautiful colors. You can see on the picture above how it looks. They are very pigmented and I am very happy I got it because at first I didn't wanted it. I only used it with eyeshaodw base so far and  I don't know how they work without it but I think that this eyeshaodws should be great  even if you don't have base...which is very good because some of Essence eyeshaodw are not very pigmented or lasting. It the cutest eyeshadow box you also get a mirror which is whery helpful sometimes...it was to me last few days when I was away from home :)

Lipstick: I'm Sailing

I know this will sound untrue but this is my first Essnce lipstick ever!! I am in love with this one. The color is perfect, it applies easily and when is on your lips it almost feels like a lip balm. I think that this lipstick is the best item from this collection and if you can still find it somewhere just get it and you won't be sorry. I will try to find the red one too...it seams to be as good is this one.

Nail polishes: Ahoy and You're a heartbreaker

I have two nail polishes from this collection, the white one Ahoy and grey one You're a heartbreaker. I wanted Ahoy because I know it will serve me well when I want to do nail art. In the picture above I have three coats. You're a heartbreaker is grey polish...this shade of grey is the one that I still don't have and when I saw it I wasn't thinking that much :) I love it...you can see above how it looks with 2 coats. Both polishes are easy to apply and you get 15 ml in the bottle.

Here is another nail polish I'm A Marine Girl. I got this for my friend, she loves blue nail polishes and I'm sure she will love this one too :)

Catrice - Up in the air

Up in the air is beautiful blue nail polish from Catrice. This is one of first Catrice polishes that I bought when they renewed their nail polish range back in March. I really love it, you can see on the pictures how it looks with two coats. Catrice will discontinue some of their nail polish very soon and Up in the air is one of them. That is such a shame but the thing that makes me happy is that there will be new colors. So, if you like Up in the air hurry up because soon it will be gone.

...vacation...

The reason that there is nothing new on my blog for past few days is my vacation. I am enjoying my self for past week and there is just few days left until I am back home. When I am traveling somewhere I like too be off line for little bit...just away from everything. So there is no TV and no internet form me, just sun and the sea :D
