Essence Knits For Chicks blush swatch

Essence Home Sweet Home trend edition was the one of those Essence TE that I skipped but somehow two items from the collection found a way towards me. This time it was my boyfriend and I can't say I'm sad about it :D I got adorable knitted makeup bag Knitted With Love and Knits For Chicks blush. I wore it several times and here is my impression! First I have to say that it looks really cute with two colors and "knitted" pattern. One color is light pink and the other is darker burgundy color. Pink can be easily used alone if you want to make it neutral but if you use both colors or you concentrate more on burgundy you have to be very careful because it is really strong and you can end up with intensive red cheeks like me the first time I used it. You only need small amount of product to get really pretty look. The color looks very nice and it is really great winter color.
My collection of blushes is unexpectedly getting bigger and I will try to keep myself from buying new, it will be very hard because I already have my eye on Catrice Siberian Call blushes. It seams like I replaced my lip gloss obsession with blush obsession...or maybe I just added another one :D That would probably be more precise. What are your beauty related obsessions?

Swatch: China Glaze It's A Trap-eze!

China Glaze It's A Trap-eze! is beautiful mix of different size glitter. I love glitter and my usual reaction when I see awesome glitter nail polish is something like this:

Holiday time is my favorite because I know everybody will have something sparkly and I always look forward to China Glaze because I adore their glitters. It's A Trap-eze is part of Cirque Du Soleil Worlds Away collection and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is a mix of red, yellow, green, blue, pink, orange, silver hex glitter in milky white base. I loveeee it!! It is easy to apply and it dries fast, on my pictures I have 2 coats. You can add another coat to get full opacity because with two coats there is visible nail line but I prefer it this way. I'm very happy about this nail polish because one of my favorite manis is glitter sandwich and with this nail polish everything becomes easier because all you need is in one bottle. Only bad thing about this polish is that is really hard to remove, even with foil technique but I will ignore that fact and enjoy it!!

Preview: Essence TE Snow Jam

Another Essence preview!! Trend Edition called Snow Jam is coming in January / February 2013. This one contains: eyeshadow sorbets, jumbo duo eye pencil, lip balms, nail polishes, hand balm and nail file set. My favorites are definitely two blue nail polishes...and hand balm, if I see it in person I know it will be mine. I love those Essence limited edition hand balms :)

Preview: Essence TE Vintage District

Retro fun for Essence in January 2013. New Trend Edition is called Vintage District. The collection contains blush, eyeshadows, duo lipstick & gloss, gel eyeliner set, nail art decoration kit, nail polishes and  top coat. I will probably reach for nail art decoration kit and pink nail polish ( which doesn't look that pink in the picture ) but who knows maybe I will change my mind when I see Vintage District in person. What do you think about this collection?

Catrice The Paris Collection

The palette I am using the most lately is Catrice The Paris Collection, it is part of Catrice Big City Life LE which contains eye and cheek palettes and nail polishes. I have Paris palette and nail polish. Both of them are  neutral, everyday colors. I still haven't tried nail polish on my nails but as soon as I try it update this post. What I did tried is the palette, which I'm using almost everyday since I got it. I love the colors, everything I need is on one place which is great for me right now because I'm not at home and this is great for traveling. Beside the eyeshadows and blushes, there is also kajal and applicator. Each eyeshadow contain 1.5 g and each blus contains 2,5 g.

I would recommend this palette to anyone who likes subtle or neutral eye look, The Paris Collection palette has everything you need six beautiful eyeshadow shades and two beautiful blushes. So if you can find this thing don't think twice!

Swatch: Essence Fantasia TE - Queen Of My Cloud Castle nail polish and lip lacquer

Few days ago I came to Germany and of course one of first things I did was going around drugstores. All the limited editions stands were empty and there was nothing new. But today was a different story so I picked up few things. Two of them were nail polish and lip gloss from newest Essence Trend Edition Fantasia, they share the same name -  Queen Of My Cloud Castle. Nail polish is on my nails right now and I love it very much. The color is very beautiful, coral with loads of pink and gold shimmer.To me this color looks very summery but since I like bright colors like this one I don't have any problem wearing it anytime. The brush is little bit thinner then the ones we got from Essence lately and the formula is a bit thick but there were no major problems with application. As always I applied 2 coats. The bottle contains 10 ml of product. 

Another thing I picked up was lip lacquer. Beautiful color, bright but subtle enough for any occasion. Applies easily, contains 4 ml of product. Love it!
